What is your return policy?

We feel confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 30 days for a refund.

Returns are easy at Just follow these simple steps:

  2. Re-package your order and place the completed return form inside the box. Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging)
  3. On the return shipping label, write your order number, if known. (An order number helps speed up your transaction. If you check out with an account, your order number is available in the My Account section of Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.   4. Return your package through the carrier of your choice.

Do you offer exchanges? is unable to make exchanges. If you desire another size, style or color, simply follow the easy-to-understand return instructions and visit to place a new order for the item(s) you want, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: 2nd Day Air is required for all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, you will be charged normal 2nd Day shipping rates (as listed above) in addition to a fee of $5.50 per item ordered.

When you place an order on, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send another email with tracking information. We ship Monday through Friday only. Standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.


You must place your order by 11:00 AM Central time Monday through Friday to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM). Why was my order cancelled?

We randomly and routinely contact our customers to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. If we call and leave a message for you, please return the call at 888-849-6930 or email us to confirm your order information. If you do not return the call or email within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?

To better service our customers, orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Therefore, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order, as we are unable to edit orders once they begin to process. Unworn items purchased on may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Do you charge sales tax?

As of January 1, 2015 we have sales tax nexus in all states and are required to collect sales tax nationwide where applicable. The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped.

Which credit cards do you accept at gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. Credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.

Sorry, but we cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. We cannot accept mail orders.
